Sculptures made out of newspaper too!

I could even make sculptures out of newspaper! Look at this cute dog. I've also seen furniture made out of newspaper. Also a dress and shoes too. I'm going newspaper crazy!

Sketchbook or phonebook?

Maybe I should use one of the free phone books that I get every other month as a sketchbook. Or, I could even get pages of newspaper and bind them together to make my own book. Oh, the ideas are just pouring in!

Another thing I can do with newspaper...

I CAN BUILD A HOUSE! This is a guy from London who collects the papers from his time on the trains. It is a work in progress... and what an art installation this will be!

Silhouette Portraits

I think a series of these of my family and I... Jack, Jeff, Me, and the pets... would be really neat and fun to make. I would totally find articles that related to each of us and finding pet ones would be cute.

Newspaper Wallpaper...

Collaged Portraits

These collage portraits by Derek Gores are neat. I made a skull using newspaper like this... I'm planning on trying to do a portrait using color soon.

Look at this-- it's so modern-day impressionist! He uses everyday items to make these- even buttons and remote controls! Amazing work with nice outcome in my opinion!
